The Primary Phase

The main structure and most of the roof are finished, windows are going in, and internal fit-out has begun.

The Secondary Phase

The Secondary School is coming along brilliantly, with the sheer size of the project the school is broken down into blocks/ sections.
• South Block: Brickwork and interior finishing are well underway.
• North Block: The main hall and drama studios are being fire-boarded, with partitions, windows and curtain walling progressing nicely.
• B Block: Most of the external glazing is now complete, and internal work is steadily moving through each floor.

The Sports Centre is also making great progress!
The main wooden frame is up, roof lights are installed, and work has now moved inside.

Outside areas

The outside spaces are coming together as well. The retaining walls for the new MUGA pitches and courtyard planters for the Secondary School are complete, and the community pavilion is on its final snagging checks.
